TakenPath.com is an online community website that allows users to share job experiences they have had with others, which can be entertaining and useful to read.
By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by this web site's Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
TakenPath.com reserves the right to modify sections of this terms of service without any notice to users. It is the responsibility of the user to check the Terms of Service, to ensure that they are in agreement with it.
The date of the last update to the Terms of Service will be posted at the top of the page. Newer versions of the TOS will replace older versions.

2. Account Information - 

Accounts and content at takenpath.com are governed by the following rules.

Eligibility: Users under the age of 13 may not register with Takenpath.com's services.
Users aged 13 – 17 should seek parent's approval before using this website's or it's services.

  1. Users may not post anything harassing, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, slanderous, illegal or otherwise immoral.

  2. Pictures posted may not contain nudity, or graphic images.

  3. Users may not post racial slurs, hateful words, sexually explicit references, or excessively offensive posts.

  4. Copyright infringement of any sort is not permitted on this website. If the copyright of an item does not belong to you, and you do not have permission to use it, you may not post it on Takenpath.com.

  5. All content posted by users may be edited or deleted or reposted by the administrators of the website.

  6. The user should not display anything about themselves that can be used against them in a negative or harmful way, it is their sole responsibility for doing so and TakenPath.com cannot be held responsible for harm or damage incurred. 

    The user will be held responsible for posting anything illegal or using this website in an illegal way, and agrees to the repercussions thereof, and by using this site agrees to hold takepath.com and it's administrators faultless.

  7. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate and deny service indefinitely to a user without disclosing an explanation or issuing a warning.

TakenPath.com makes no warranties explicit or implied about the uptime, availability of this website, or loss of data. Any damage or harm incurred by posting illegal activity, or potentially harmful information is the responsibility of the user, and TakenPath.com cannot be held accountable in such a situation.

  • Your name, email or any other personal information will never be given out or sold to any third parties. We do not like spam, and we know you don't either. So we do our best to keep you spam free.
  • We are the only ones that will see your email, and use it only to send information from TakenPath.com. 
  • Anonymous job reviews have been tested to be anonymous to other site users, however, it is still recommended to not post information that can be harmful or damage you in anyway.
