Training required, not hard if your a strong swimmer. It's worth it because they pay you to complete it.
Job Description:
Hmm the job was awesome people can be a pain in the @$$. Pretty much all you have to do is sit around all day and mke sure no one drowns or is eaten by the random shark that shows up.
Praise:
You get to sit around get a cool tan and check out chicks all day. When you save someone your the man! If you've got muscles you have an outlet to show them off. Chicks try to get your number. Plus the pay is great.
Stinkers:
Its not year round. People suck, 6days a week 8hrs a day.
Other useful info:
You have to be able to swim, and don't neglect drowning or injured patrons you could go to jail or lose your job.
