I call this the ching ching save - a-ling

The trick is to get a designated spot to put your coins and pennies into. It is good to separate them. It's important that the spot is easily accessable maybe close to your favorite chair or something.

Now you have to make sure any coins you find in your house, or in your pockets goes into these containers.
You have to determine that couches no longer can horde lost change, and that coins should no longer wander around aimlessly in your house.

Once you get good at this, you won't mind getting a lot of change at supermarkets or even having to break a dollar and get 90 cents change sicne you'll be saving.

It's a subtle way to save a lot. and when you are ready head to a coin machine to change them, or save it for a rainy day. (TD banks have coin machines)

My modest gatorade bottle has over $40 dollars in coins :-).
